Hello everyone!! How are you guys? I hope you are always in good condition and healthy..

On this occasion I would like to share about my experience in creating a company in English course assignments. I made this assignment when I was in vocational high school (SMK).

Director

  1. Leading the Company as a whole
  2. Develop strategies to manage the company according to the vision, mission, and goals of the Company
  3. Fullying responsible for the success of the Company.

Site Manager

  1. Reviewin and prepare site reports, designs and drawings. 
  2. Maintain quality control procedures. 
  3. Findin ways to prevent problems from occurring and solve problems that arise. 
  4. Assessin and minimize risks.


Supervisor and QC

  1. Designe quality inspection procedures
  2. Designe a quality issue reporting flow
  3. Supervise, guide and collaborate with inspectors, technicians and other Quality Control staff
  4. Understande the desired specifications and standards for production results
  5. Guarantee the quality and consistency of production results
  6. Ensure immediate action upon discovering a failed product.


Logistic

  1. Handle administrative and general issues in the project environment.
  2. Make reports that have been determined periodically.
  3. Recordinge transaction files.
  4. Responsible to the Project Manager and field Engineer for the tasks assigned.


Administration

  1. Performe data input
  2. Manage office documents
  3. Receive phone calls
  4. Archive and recap incoming data
  5. Prepare office supplies and equipment

Structural Engineering

  1. Analyze problems caused by environmental and human factors and provide solutions. 
  2. Supervise and coordinate the completion of construction projects. 
  3. Make estimates of development financing. 
  4. Make regular project implementation reports.

Drafter

  1. Preparing various drawings related to engineering work, where these drawings aim to facilitate the formation of various objects contained in the drawing.
  2. Drawing in more detail the results of the architect's design from the interior


Estimator

  1. Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs.
  2. Researching, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
  3. Analyzing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and company productivity levels).
  4. Assessing project financial, technical and operational risks.
  5. Visiting project sites to gather information.

CV. Adhya Consultant is a company that operates in the field of consulting, planning and supervision. Established in 2021, located at Tricolor Street No. 31, Semarang.


2021

This year, we started planning to create a company name, company logo and company tagline. As well as looking for people who want to join CV. Adhya Consultant (team work). Create a vision and mission with company employees, in order to make the company more advanced and superior in the future. Looking for and collecting capital to form a company. Then there was the first project, namely the consumer wanted to build a house using CV services. Adhya Consultant.

2022

This year many projects began to arrive. Starting to determine the price range for consumers, as well as making product samples to attract consumers if they want to build a house or building using our services. As well as looking for consumers by using marketing strategies to attract more consumers.

2023

This year the projects began to develop more and some of the projects were outside the city. CV. Adhya Consultant started opening job vacancies because the project was growing everywhere, and many people were applying for jobs on CV. Adhya Consultant.
